Pursuant to Article 121-16, individual customers have 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to return the item(s) at their own expense and request a refund. Pursuant to Article 221-3 of the Consumer Code, very small businesses (TPEs) have the same right of withdrawal.

To exercise their right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify their decision to withdraw:

The artworks and their Certificate of Authenticity must be returned in their original packaging in perfect condition no later than 14 days after the Seller receives the cancellation notice. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
Upon receipt of the works and after verification of their condition upon receipt of the package, the Seller will refund all payments received from the Customer, excluding initial delivery costs which remain the responsibility of the Customer, using the payment method used for the initial transaction.

Damaged returned artwork will not be accepted or refunded.

Works or Art Prints described as "made-to-measure" cannot be subject to any cancellation or refund, in accordance with the provisions of Article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code which stipulates that withdrawal is specifically excluded (Article 121-20.2 3rd paragraph) for contracts for the supply of goods clearly personalized or made according to the consumer's specifications, and in particular for made-to-measure and non-standard size items.
An art print (requires printing on order from the printer) or a specific and personal canvas is a work made "to order", at the request of the Client.
